We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in their original unopened condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. We recommend using a trackable postage service as we will not be responsible for lost returns.

A processing fee of $5.00 per order is charged on returns. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email hello@wrapd.com.au detailing your specific problem and we will respond to you promptly. If possible, please include pictures of the fault. Please do not return the product to us until we have contacted you via email.

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the goods and the refund has been approved by us.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for change of mind reasons.
